Mr Gondorff has many passions and one of them is betting. He recently opened his house in Certhun for the public and is more than happy to make bets with all his visitors.

Gondorff has given his old friend Hopkins access to his basement. Hopkins once was a great dragon racer and has set up his own small racing facility to relive his youth. Nowadays it is not dragons but rats that are racing.
