On Sun May 20 23:02:22 2007 I had an interview with the famous
Madtesist Enlightened Grand Master of the Seven Circles
Below is a literal representation of that conversation.

Shorleck: Tell something about yourself outside MS, what nationality
          are you, what do you do in your spare time from ms anything
          you want to share with us ?
Madtesist: I was born in Italy, although I feel at home almost
           wherever I leave my helmet. In my spare time I usually play
           a Role Playing Game in which I am an hardware designer. I
           have a wife and two daughters who patiently bear my
           prolonged absences during my quests for Silvanus.

Shorleck: What is your favorite place within the realms of MS ?
Madtesist: The white sand beach in Vlandore, where you can relax and
           make cute sand castles

Shorleck: What place do you hardly ever go to and why not ?
Madtesist: I tend to avoid places where I have been untimely
           terminated by unproperly considered opponents. In
           particular, I fear the Assassin's Lair, and I look forward
           to the moment I go there as a Lord and make a merciless
           slaughter of them.

Shorleck: What is your favourite weapon and why ?
Madtesist: The mighty Hengistaff. It's well balanced and has no sharp
           edge, so I don't risk to cut myself when I'm too drunk to
           put my weapon away...

Shorleck: Which monster is your biggest enemy ?
Madtesist: I made quite some enemies during my wanderings in the
           Realms ... it's hard to say.... Ryphyl the Dagger of the

           Sea, the Ice Maid ... but my favourite victim is  probably
           the Sargeant of the Guards in Baz.

Shorleck: What goals have you set for yourself here in MS, are you
          here for chatting or you want to play or striving for
          wizhood ?
Madtesist: Playing is fun, chatting is even more fun. My first goal is
           raising 'til I get  the status of Lord, and building up a
           mansion big enough to hold the equipment of myself and my
           non-Lord friends. Wizardry is indeed fascinating, but I am
           convinced it's a choice to serve the Community, and should
           be made when you have already seen and done everything as a
           player. I have to kill a lot of monsters and solve a lot 
           of quests before I get to that point.

Shorleck: Is there anything else you would like to add ?

Madtesist: I wish to thank two persons for supporting me during the
           first three months of life in MS: Lhyyr the Fairy, for
           enrolling me in the Druid's guild and for being always so
           patient and caring to listen to my newbieish problems.
           Morpheus the Lycantrope, for being a powerful and cheerful
           comrade during our hunts in the Realms.
