In spite of being rather small, Minbara's armed forces contain numerous powerful heroes. Every single one have several times over contributed to keeping the Vlaurkans at bay, and it is most doubtful wether the city would survive the prolonged absense of any of them.

  • Imrahil
Supreme ruler of Minbara. He is a very able leader, keeping order with a firm hand yet still somehow enjoying the love of his people. Wielding the renowned lance Justice, he is also the city's most powerful warrior. After the abduction of his daughter, however, Imrahil's spirit has been more or less broken, and he now mostly stays in his tower, of no use to himself nor the city.

  • Aeglon
Aeglon is responsible for the innermost defence, and organises guard duties within the city walls. Being one of Imrahil's closest men, he is now the sole contact between him and the rest of the city, after the prince withdrew to mourn the presumed death of Lostris.

  • Delmar
This mighty colonel controls all Minbarian forces stationed in the field. It is his responsibility to keep the Vlaurkans from executing a direct assault on the northen gate, something that would surely end the war. So far Delmar and his men have performed admirably, with not a single Vlaurkan soldier penetrating their lines. But lately, Delmar's spirit has been broken much like Imrahils...

  • Jaraad
This man is a small legend amongst Minbarians, both for his fighting skills and his kind heart. He has been on the frontline in every war the city has fought in modern time. This makes it even more difficult for Jaraad to swallow his current station; the south gate, in his eyes a back door.

  • Farran
Another Minbara hero, who also enjoys a fearsome reputation in the rest of the lands under the midnight sun. Being one of their most able warriors, Aeglon dispatched him to the neutral city of Opet, in a desperate hunt for allies against Vlaurkir. However, the wizards forces attacked the priest city while Farran was there, and no one has heard from him since.

  • Seonid
It is rumoured among the villagers that this man never sleeps. When asked, he simply responds "I do not have the time". Which is more or less true. Before the conflict escalated into an all-out war, he spent hours on end improving the citizens' morale, holding endless parades and speeches. Now he scourges the battlefield, without lowering his blade for a second. He is far from being the mightiest warrior in the Minbarian lines, but his relentlessness has given him more Vlaurkan caps than most.

  • Bakmor
Bakmor rides point in the thunderous charge of the Minbarian knights. His name is uttered with respect and fear among the Vlaurkan mercenaries. Bakmor also functions as Delmar's body guard.

  • Elgar
This is the true mastermind behind the Minbarian defence. His strokes of genious have many times over saved Delmar's troops from annihilation, and has enabled them to keep up a remarkable ratio of dead Vlaurkans per dead Minbarian. Elgar has only held his title for three weeks, which is when his predecessor Grith was assassinated, but in that short time he has worked true wonders.
