Help Ebsith the Park Engineer

The southwest tower of the Central Castle is home to Ebsith
the chief park engineer. Charged with keeping the parks in
the kingdom well-groomed, free of weeds, and looking nice,
he has his work cut out for him in such a large and green
kingdom as this.

He's been really busy lately, and the word is that he's
looking to hire on someone to help run some minor errands.

Seek out Ebsith and see if you can help him out.
